A 17-year-old stands accused of assaulting and threatening multiple people with a knife in Clare County over the weekend. The suspect, William Yats, was armed & attempting to confront several ppl inside of a vehicle. Further investigation revealed the argument was over the vehicle itself. Mr. Yats was arraigned yesterday on (8) counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, & malicious destruction of property. His bond was set at $20,000!
