Michigan legislators gave final approval yesterday to a bill that would exempt high school graduation ceremonies from a state order that restricts crowd sizes due to the coronavirus pandemic. It passed the state Senate 22-13 in a vote. Now it’s onto the governor. The legislation would allow more people to attend HS commencements.
