A West Michigan man accused of molesting a sleeping woman, withdrew a guilty plea to a misdemeanor and instead plead guilty to a felony. It’s hoped that new plea deal will lead to the dismissal of charges under a Michigan law intended to allow young offenders to get a fresh start.
