A Chippewa Township man was formally accused Monday of raping someone under the age of 13 during 2018 & 2019!  25 year old, Tyler Joseph Martinez, charged with 1 count of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct w/ someone under the age of 13 which carries a potential 25 year felony; 1 count of 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct with someone under age 13, a 15 year felony; and 1 count of accosting a minor for immoral purposes, a 4 year felony. He is currently lodged in the Isabella County Jail after he was given a $300,000 bond.  A trial has yet to be scheduled!
