Attorney General Nessel announced yesterday that Michigan will receive nearly $800 million over an 18 year span as part of the historic opioid settlements. The country’s three major pharmaceutical distributors – Cardinal, McKesson, and AmerisourceBergen – and opioid manufacturer, Johnson & Johnson – will pay up to $26 billion nationwide.
