State Police say two St. Helen men have been arrested and charged for a homicide that occurred in February. 22 year old Jesse Warren Loomis from Millington was fatally shot & pronounced dead at the scene. Nobody else was injured. The 2 suspects are Troy Bilkovsky & Brian Lee Colden, both have been arrested & arraigned on homicide & felony weapons charges.
