A Clare man was arraigned this week on charges after allegedly waving a knife & intimidating Amish residents on Healy Lake Road & other locations. The man caught was also arraigned on brandishing a firearm in public. 47-year-old, Charles Rogers Sensing, was arraigned in Manistee District Court for (1) count of ethnic intimidation & (1) count of assault with a dangerous weapon.
