After a Midland woman gave a man a place to stay & later declined his sexual advances, he attacked her & as a result he will now head to prison for 2-15 years. 21-year-old, Kyle Rood plead guilty last November to assault with intent to commit sexual penetration. His home address is listed as “homeless” as he lived in both Gladwin & Midland Counties.
