After several motions & appeals, 49-year-old Jason Schlegel, was sentenced to 3-15 years in prison from a Midland County Court Judge for a motorcycle crash that killed a Saginaw woman back in 20-18. He accepted a plea bargain, pleading no-contest to operating under the influence, causing death. He took the plea just days before his jury trial was to begin.
