The city of Alma is seeking funding for major upgrades at the city’s wastewater treatment plant. City commission approved hiring Johnson Controls at a cost of $53,730 to create a project plan & finance application to submit to the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes & Energy’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund.
