Yard waste stickers for blue yard waste bins & paper compost bags go on sale for City of Midland residents on Monday. It must be placed in Kraft paper compost bags or blue 95-gallon yard waste bins before set to the curb. Grass Clippings, leaves, garden waste & small twigs & branches will be accepted.
