Two teens have been arrested for stealing from vulnerable adults in Mt Pleasant. The 18 year old caretaker and her boyfriend have been accused of stealing money and items from older people they were suppose to be helping. Mt. Pleasant Police officials began investigating on Nov. 14, when an elderly man called to report that his wallet was moved and money stolen.
