The price of gas dipped Monday afternoon and evening, causing long lines in Mt Pleasant. Monday morning showed prices had dipped at the pump to an impressive $2.05 a gallon for unleaded. Then, later in the day, it went even lower..to $1.97..which caused the crowds. AAA says gas prices in Michigan for Thanksgiving are at their lowest level in two years.
