Heather Locklear has been placed under psychiatric hold again after her lawyer determined she was having a mental breakdown. Now her lawyer is considering options for putting her under conservatorship. According to one source, Locklear’s lawyer is consulting Brittney Spears’ conservatorship lawyers. Spears has been in a conservatorship since her public breakdown in 2008. Under these terms she cannot make personal or financial decisions without the approval of both her father and lawyer. However, Locklear’s conservatorship would be different from Spears’ and the source explained that it “would be of Heather as a person only, nothing involving her finances and estate.”
