With the warm weather, some roads in Midland County are impassable. In fact, some residents are concerned the road conditions are making it hard for mail carriers and even emergency vehicles to get through. The Midland County Road Commission Superintendent says they are doing their best, they know what to do to fix the problem but residents aren’t willing to pay.
