Higgins Lake will see more patrols on duty this summer. The Higgins Lake Foundation and an anonymous donor gave the Roscommon County Sheriff’s Office a grant of $20,000 to add more officers on patrol. They hope it creates more safety on the roads and water as tourists flock to the lake.
