The co-owner of a trucking company that shipped products manufactured by Bandit Industry has pleaded guilty to three counts related to a fraud scheme. 47 year old Lorie Ann Stuer of North Branch, owned Stoney Creek Trucking LLC with her husband William. It started in 2011 when Stuer fraudulently billed Bandit for an additional $4,850. It escalated every year until the company was taken for $1.47 million.
