When the 2020 camping season starts, Coldwater Lake Park will get some site upgrades to make them easier to pull campers into and to have higher amps of electricity available. Isabella County commissioners gave its approval to an agreement with Malley Construction Inc., of Mt. Pleasant for the changes. Money to pay for it will come from grants from the Michigan DNR, the rest is from the Parks and Rec department, with some pledged as 2 percent money from the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe.
