Ithaca’s city manager position has been filled. The Morning Sun reports that Jamey Conn, a 1990 graduate of Ithaca High School, was chosen by the city council to fill the vacant city manager’s post over four other finalists. Conn earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Grand Valley State University in 1995.
