Deputies say a crash in Mecosta County landed one person in the hospital and another in jail on US 131. A car was heading north in the south bound lane, two cars swerved to avoid it and ended up crashing into each other. Deputies say the driver going the wrong way was stopped by a DNR officer and arrested for drunk driving.
