The woman who defrauded Bandit Industries of $3.65 million in an invoicing scam will wait until mid-February to learn her sentence. The Morning Sun says 47-year old Lorie Stuer of North Branch, was scheduled for sentencing Wednesday but her attorney asked to adjourn the hearing. This is the 2nd delay in proceedings. The first was in December due to Stuer needing a medical procedure.
