Victoria’s Secret has more to worry about than its declining ratings and lack of runway diversity. A new report by “The New York Times” details the “misogyny, bullying and harassment” allegedly going on behind the scenes of the lingerie and fashion show giant.

Ed Razek, who recently stepped down as president and CMO of Victoria’s Secret’s parent company L Brand, has been hit with several accusations of inappropriate conduct. That includes making bullying, sexual harassment, and lewd comments towards Bella Hadid and more models. He’s accused of:

The report comes amid a rough period for Victoria’s Secret. The company canceled its annual fashion show in November over controversy about the runway’s lack of body diversity.

In a statement to the “Times,” Razek denies the allegations and says they’re “categorically untrue, misconstrued or taken out of context.”
