With more than 100 million Americans now ordered to stay inside, unemployment is skyrocketing and making rent is going to be a major concern across the country. Thankfully, that won’t be a problem for the residents of Pringus Property LLC. Their landlords, Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard, have decided to forgo rent collection for the month of April.
Dax’s sister, one of the managers at the company that owns at least two residential buildings, emailed the tenants this weekend to give them the good news. The empathetic and encouraging message promised to work with the residents going forward in the best way possible.
The pass is only for April. We’ll have to see how long the outbreak lasts and how lenient Kristen and Dax will be.
