An accident in Otsego County has claimed the life of a Michigan man. Investigators say 41 year old Nicholas Scott Romano of Elmira, lost control of his vehicle, early Monday morning, ran off the road & was thrown from it. MSP believe alcohol was believed to have been a factor, in this crash!
