A missing endangered advisory has been issued for 15- year old Emma Rae Barrett, believed to be in the area of Elm Hall or Riverdale. Barrett is believed to be with a 17-year-old boy named Jonny Eager. Anyone with information on Barrett or Eager is asked to dial 9-1-1 immediately.
