A man is dead after investigators believe he had a medical issue just before a vehicle crash on Saturday in Tuscola County! The 61 year old man from Bay City, was unresponsive and the vehicles doors were locked. No lifesaving efforts were used as the victim was beyond help when rescue arrived. This incident remains under investigation!
