A wanted convicted murder accused of killing a man and wounding a woman in Waterford Township was arrested over the weekend near Toledo, by the United States Marshall Service. Michael Jerome Davis, aged 65, of Pontiac, was arrested without incident. He is charged with open murder, (2) counts of a firearm during a felony & attempted murder.
