A Barryton man was charged 2 years after a crash he was involved with killed a passenger. Martin Swan is charged with failure to stop at the scene of an accident resulting in death. Nicholas Chauvin of Port Huron died in the accident. The delay in charges apparently were due to a misplaced police report and warrant request.
