The Suspect who shot at several Alma police officers in October, has undergone a psychiatric exam to see if he’s competent to stand trial. A probable cause hearing from last week was cancelled, while authorities and the defendant await results of the exam. Tyler Joe Moreno, of Alma, faces 18 charges, including (3) of attempting to murder three police officers.
