Isabella County sheriff’s deputies have arrested the person they believe hit a pedestrian in a hit-and-run Saturday night. Deputies say the driver didn’t stop after hitting a woman on West Coleman Road in Gilmore Township. The sheriff’s office says social media users were able to help arrest the suspect thanks to images of debris left from the vehicle.
