Don’t be surprised if you see low-flying helicopters around mid-Michigan over the next several weeks. Semi-annual aerial patrols of high-power transmission lines and towers are scheduled for the area between October 24th and November 4th. Aerial inspections are set to cover Gratiot, Midland and Montcalm counties.
