Former state representative Kevin Cotter will now oversee governmental sales efforts for Morbark. Cotter served three terms representing Isabella County and part of Midland County. The republican ended his political tenure in January because of term limits. Winn-based Morbark manufactures equipment used in forestry, recycling, tree care, landscaping, sawmill and biomass markets.
