Isabella County Central Dispatch sent deputies to the Northside Hansen Arena, formerly Spinning Wheels, on Sunday around midnight after more than 1,000 people and their cars blocked off the roadway on North Mission Street. An estimated 1,500 people were at the roller rink for a fraternity party. People who parked on the street said the parking lot was too full. Police asked people parked on the street to leave, and towed the rest who didn’t.
