Retired Isabella County undersheriff and Clare County Fair Board president
Bill Burns died at his home in Clare Saturday. Burns was retired sheriff Barry DeLau’s undersheriff for 14 years in Isabella County and was key to modernizing police equipment to improve safety of officers. He was 82.
