Central Michigan University booked the daughter of Fidel Castro, Alina Fernandez, to speak on September 28th. Fernandez is set as the keynote speaker for Hispanic Heritage Month activities. She will speak at 7:00PM in the Bovee University Center Rotunda. Fernandez is known for being critical about the government of Cuba, where she lived until 1993.
