Late Led Zeppelin Drummer To Be Honored-Late Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham is being honored with a statue in his hometown.
The project was approved at the Redditch Council meeting last week following years of fundraising by The John Bonham Memorial Fund. The large bronze memorial will be built in the town’s Mercian Square. The statue is scheduled to be done in time for the drummer’s 70th birthday in May.
