Bill Cosby is doing everything he can to get out of jail while he awaits his appeal. He’s attacking the trial judge again – this time for not explaining his reasons for the three to ten year sentence he gave the legendary comedian on a sexual assault conviction.
According to Pennsylvania law, Judge Steven O’Neill has to submit his reasons before an appellate court can review Bill’s conviction and sentence. Because he hasn’t done that, the process is delayed.
Bill has already accused Judge O’Neill of being biased against him due to a convoluted alleged conflict of interest. In a new statement Bill had his lawyer release, he also accused him of “racial hatred. You can review it HERE.
