You can adopt a pet for $25 with Bissell Pet Foundation sponsoring the remaining cost on Saturday, May 4th to encourage adoption and relieve overcrowded shelters. The Empty the Shelters event will be at the Humane Society of Midland County and Bay County Animal Control plan to participate.
