Jeff Heinig of Harrison is feeling pretty lucky after winning $25,000 for life in the Lucky for Life lottery game but he’s also feeling pretty lucky after he fished the winning ticket out of the trash after originally throwing it away. That’s not the only luck though. Jeff had a massive heart attack earlier this year. So, being lucky to be alive to enjoy the win is the best prize to him.
