Six dogs had a terrifying night after they were left outside in the pouring rain at the Humane Society of Midland County. Surveillance showed someone just dumped them at the shelter without regard to the storms. Shelter workers ask that the person who left them come forward because the animals were in bad shape and they need to know their medical history. They also ask you don’t just dump animals off.
