“Law and Order: SVU” actress Diane Neal is accusing her ex-boyfriend JB Benn of some seriously nasty behavior. In court papers, she says he’s physically and sexually abused and other crimes…including killing her pets. In the lawsuit, Neal alleges Benn is a “dangerous con artist” who targeted her and spent their entire relationship physically and sexually abusing her to break down her career. She also says that the magician defrauded her out of millions of dollars.
While she’s already suing him for not putting her name on a home they bought together in New York, she’s also charging that he recorded him sexually assaulting her as she slept, slashed her dog’s throat, that he admitted to “bashing (her) cat’s brains in.” For his part, Benn is denying everything – saying she’s trying to paint him in a negative light so she can get full ownership of their upstate property.
