Registered nurses at MidMichigan Medical Center – Gratiot in Alma have ratified a new three-year contract. The new contract takes effect immediately and will run through November 2022. RNs will receive an immediate 6 percent pay hike along with wage increases in future years. Negotiations have been ongoing since August of 2019.
