Yesterday, we reported that Kirk Douglas died at 103. With over 92 credits, he was a bonafide Hollywood legend, as well as a humanitarian and author. Not to mention, a father to Michael Douglas… and a father-in-law to Michael’s wife Catherine Zeta-Jones.
Zeta-Jones has taken to Instagram to pay tribute to the actor, posting a photo of herself giving Douglas a kiss. “To my darling Kirk, I shall love you for the rest of my life,” she writes in the caption. “I miss you already, sleep tight…”
She’s not the only star feeling the loss. William Shatner, George Takei, Danny DeVito, Hugh Jackman, Steven Spielberg and more have paid tribute on social media.
