Harvey Weinstein is still in the hospital – nearly a week after being found guilty of rape and sexual assault. As we told you before, the 67-year-old complained of chest pains and heart palpitations shortly after his conviction and being handcuffed.

While ‘Inmate 06581138Z’ awaits his March 11th sentencing, he’s expected to be moved to Rikers Island, where he’ll await the ruling. He faces up to 25-years in prison. And yes, he’ll get there – as his attorneys say they’re likely dropping efforts to get him released pending appeal. The thinking is that if they get him out, California authorities will swoop him up.

What’s not known? How he’ll be housed at Rikers – his own cell or in the prison medical facility. According to reports, staffers say they won’t be giving him any special treatment — no matter how much he tries to butter up the guards. “They can’t wait to see him in there, to be honest,” one jail staffer told Page Six. “He’s in for a shock.”

Meanwhile, Weinstein is described as unrepentant – and defiant. “He’s been consistent from the day I met him about his innocence,” says attorney Arthur Aidala. “He’s still very forceful in proclaiming that ‘I didn’t sexually assault anyone and I didn’t rape anyone’.”
