Attorney General Dana Nessel and the State of Michigan announced Tuesday, they had filed a lawsuit against the owners of the Edenville Dam over the breach of that dam on May 19th. The 38-page lawsuit seeks, among other things, a money judgment exceeding $25,000, civil fines, and “an order requiring defendants to restore and repair the damage they caused.”
