Harvey Weinstein won’t be getting out of jail on $2 million bail while he waits for a decision on his appeal of his Manhattan rape conviction. Appellate Division First Department Judge Angela Mazzarelli issued a decision yesterday denying the defense’s bail request. He’s currently serving 23 years for his sex crimes.
