Ludington State Park is planning to close down for an entire year, starting late this Summer, for renovations. The Michigan DNR said the closure will also include the parks beaches, dunes, wetlands, marshes, marked trails, Big Sable Point Lighthouse and (3) campgrounds. They plan to be closed from Sept 3rd of this year through July 1, 2025!
