A Saginaw Chippewa Tribal Appeals panel of judges has reversed the disenrollment of an Ogemaw County man who was rejected as a Tribal member on the basis of not meeting the legal standards. Ernest Earl Davis III attorney, Paula M. Fisher of Mt Pleasant, said a precedent was set when Chief Tribal Appellate Judge Greg Paulson, Appellate Court Judge Carolyn Abeita & Appellate Court Judge Phillip Brodeen reversed his disenrollment.
