After a neighbor called, Police arrested Anthony Wooten, of Mt. Pleasant at Chase Run Apartments Thursday night. Wooten was accused of strangling his fiancé and throwing a TV at the wall which hit a child’s head. Wooten was charged Friday afternoon with child abuse in the third degree, assault with intent to commit murder, domestic violence among others.
