Tom Hanks has a special message for graduating students at Wright State University.
The actor made a surprise appearance during the Ohio college’s virtual commencement ceremony for the senior the Department of Theatre, Dance and Motion Pictures students and shared an empowering message with them.
Hanks called the graduating class the “chosen ones” adding that “no one will be more fresh to the task of restarting our normalcy than you.” Back in 2016, Hanks was honored with the Tom Hanks Center for Motion Pictures at the university.
